1. Use of Service

You must be authorized by a registered company to use Rasoi HRM. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.

2. Company Responsibilities

Administrators manage employees, roles, and permissions. All HR data (attendance, leave, payroll) belongs to the company.

If applicable, subscription fees must be paid on time. Non-payment may result in suspension.

5. Data & Confidentiality

Client companies own their data. We will not disclose or misuse data except when required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for data loss or downtime. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last 3 months.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to courts in Punjab, India.
