- Keep your login credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activities performed using your account.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

- Reporting & Analytics
5. Subscription & Payments
- Subscription fees must be paid before service activation.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.
- Prices may change with prior notice.
Refund Policy
All payments made to Rasoi HRM are final and non-refundable.
No refunds will be provided after successful payment except where required by applicable law.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee information.
- Ensure only authorized personnel access the system.
- Comply with employment and data protection laws.
- Regularly review employee permissions.
7. Prohibited Activities
- Attempting unauthorized access.
- Uploading malicious software.
- Sharing accounts.
- Reverse engineering the platform.
- Using Rasoi HRM for unlawful purposes.
- Disrupting platform security or performance.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, trademarks, branding, logos, source code, documentation,
and designs remain the exclusive property of Rasoi Software Infotech.
9. Privacy & Data
Your use of Rasoi HRM is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Customer data always remains the property of the respective organization.
10. Limitation of Liability
Rasoi HRM is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
- No guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
- No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
- Maximum liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid during the previous three months.
11. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms,
misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
12. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically.
Continued use of Rasoi HRM after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Punjab, India.
