Post a job and review applications

How a company publishes a role, and how a person with no company account applies.

Hiring uses two kinds of account. A company user publishes the job. A person who is looking for work signs up without joining a company and applies. Do not create a company for every candidate.

Publish the role

Someone whose role includes job posts opens Job posts and writes the title, the work, and the skills the role needs. Publish it when the description is specific enough that a candidate can tell whether they fit. A title alone, with no description, is not a useful listing.

Applications for that post are reviewed on the Applications screen. That is a separate permission from posting. A recruiter can be allowed to read applications without being allowed to change payroll.

Find people who already have a profile

Find candidates searches people who have a profile on Rasoi HRM. Downloading a resume is its own permission. Give it to recruiters. Do not give it to every employee, because a resume is personal data.

How a candidate applies

The candidate signs up as an individual. Their account has no company. They open Apply for jobs, read the post, and apply. They can keep a profile so the next application does not start from a blank form.

If Super Admin has not granted the employee role permission to apply for jobs, a person with no company will not see that menu. Company employees can still open Apply for jobs from their company account.

After you decide

Move the application forward or close it from the applications list. When you hire someone, add them as an employee of the company with a joining date, department, and shift. Their old job-seeker login does not become a company employee until you add that employment record.

Keep the job post accurate. Close it when the seat is filled so new applicants are not applying for a role you no longer have.

Use it in your company

Create a company account, then follow this guide inside the product. People looking for work can sign up without a company and apply to open jobs.
